Who we are

Where an order is placed with our Hong Kong entity, the contracting party is named on the order confirmation and the invoice.

What we collect, and why

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use advertising trackers.

AI assistant

Our site assistant (Ms Aya) is an AI system. It answers questions about stock, specifications, condition grades, MOQ, shipping and your own order status. It can read your order and enquiry records when you are signed in, so it can answer accurately without asking you to repeat yourself.

The assistant does not decide prices, contract terms or payments — those are confirmed by our team in writing. Conversations are logged (see the retention period above) so that we can review and correct them. You can ask to speak to a person at any time, and you can ask us to delete your conversation history.

Cookies

We set only what the site needs to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a security token that protects forms. There are no advertising or third-party analytics cookies, so there is no consent banner to click through. Clearing your browser cookies signs you out.

Who else sees your data

Only what is necessary: the carriers and forwarders moving your goods (name, address, phone, goods description), our email provider, and our hosting provider. We do not transfer your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or object to a particular use. Email aya@memoryb2b.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Terms of sale (short form)

• Prices, quantities and delivery splits are agreed per order and stated on the order confirmation. Anything not agreed in writing is not part of the contract.
• Condition grades are as stated on the order (New / Pulled-tested / Pulled-untested), with lot photos and test reports provided before shipment.
• Incoterms (FOB Shenzhen or CIF destination port) and payment stages are as stated per order.
• Claims on condition or quantity must be raised within 7 days of receipt, with the test report.
• Title passes on full payment; risk passes per the agreed Incoterm.
